The herein method is based on the GSM technology and networks used by cellular telecommunication companies and more precisely on the sending of messages (SMS) via GSM networks as well as on the capability of these last in transferring information. The cellular telephone runs a software designed to facilitate the automation of the process via explicative menus, in three steps: 1) booking (room number, booking date and duration); 2) sending of the codified message; 3) processing of the message by the server and information of the internet database about the availability of the rooms. Purpose: informing internet databases about available rooms via the cellular telephone of the owner of the tourist lodging establishment. |
