PURPOSE: A method for connecting a main girder in consideration of traffic management is provided to reduce the amount of middle piles by extending intervals between middle piles. CONSTITUTION: A method for connecting a main girder in consideration of traffic management is as follows. A main girder support(12) is installed in the ground(10). A temporary foundation(14) is installed in the bottom of the main girder support. Main girders(28) are installed in the main girder support and are connected to steel plates(30) using high-tension bolts. Deck plates(34) with uniform size and shape are installed on the main girders.
