PURPOSE: A pattern color eco-pavement materials for asphalt and concrete and a method thereof are provided to prevent damage to a road due to fatigue load and impact by using the room temperature vulcanizing acryl resin having excellent adhesive force and fast curing time. CONSTITUTION: A pattern color eco-pavement materials for asphalt and concrete comprises a base layer and an echo layer. The base layer is sprayed and laminated on asphalt or concrete. The echo layer is sprayed and laminated on a pattern layer after curing the pattern layer. The pattern layer is formed by mounting a stencil on the top of the cured base material.
