PURPOSE: A toner composition is provided to enable the control of particle diameter and circle shaping and use for an electrophotographic process requiring high resolution and low temperature fixation due to uniform particle size distribution. CONSTITUTION: A toner composition comprises a monomer for forming a binder resin, a coloring agent, a dispersion stabilizer, a charge control agent, wax, a polar resin, a polar resin or polar monomer. A method for preparing the toner composition comprises the steps of: preparing an inorganic dispersing medium; preparing droplet; performing radical polymerization of the droplet; cohering the manufactured particles; welding the particles; washing and drying the toner; and performing external addition for imparting antistatic property and fluidity.
