PURPOSE: A device for preventing an accelerator for a car and a brake for a car to be operation at the same time is provided to help to apply a brake and not apply an accelerator even if operating the accelerator and the brake at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A simultaneous operating prevention device for an accelerator and a brake of a car includes a support unit and a seesaw type physical device. The support unit is installed at the bottom between the accelerator and the brake for the car is installed. The support unit has a rectangular shape. The seesaw type physical device is installed in upper side of the support unit. The support unit is more closely installed to the accelerator based on the right center of a pedal. The seesaw type physical device is fixed through a hole which is punched at a support unit in advance.
