PURPOSE: A user selective toll collecting system using a local one-way direction communication and a method thereof and a terminal for the same are provided to select a corresponding payment server within a payment server group before it arrives to an exist toll reader. CONSTITUTION: An on-broad terminal has an on-board terminal data. An entry toll reader(200) and an exist toll reader(300) is respectively connected by the on-board terminal and a local wireless communication unit. A calculating server(500) is connected to the entry toll reader and the exit toll reader. The calculating server receives data from each reader. A user DB(400) is connected to a calculating server. |
