PURPOSE: A shooting function attached semiconductor chip pushing device is provided to photograph the location and position of a semiconductor chip by installing a tape in the upper side of a tape installation stand, driving a driving part, and lifting a semiconductor chip. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor chip pushing device(2) includes a holding frame(21), a holding tape installation stand(31), a pushing part(32), and a driving part(33). A photographing part(4) is fixed to a photographing part installation sheet(23) which is stretched from the holding frame. A recording part(42) has a CCD camera. An illumination unit(43) includes a light source part which is adjacent to the recording part.
