PURPOSE: A sleeve boss for scratch prevention is provided to prevent the scratches resulting from a chip on the surface of a process product in a drilling or counter sinking process. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve boss(30) for scratch prevention includes a sleeve and a shaft. The sleeve has a hollow pipe shape, and a cut unit is formed at one end portion of the sleeve. A shaft cuts a processed product by rotating a cutting unit through the inner side of the sleeve, and the sleeve boss is formed in a flange shape and allows the detachment from one end portion of the sleeve.
