PURPOSE: A high strength abrasive wheel is provided to increase the abrasive efficiency by using a wheel module having an abrasive sheet attached to a base material. CONSTITUTION: A high strength abrasive wheel includes a wheel module(100), a wheel shaft unit(110) and a fixing unit. An abrasive sheet(102) is attached to a base material having elasticity to form a wheel module. The wheel module is placed along the columnar direction of the wheel shaft unit, and the fixing unit fixes the wheel module to the wheel shaft unit.
