PURPOSE: An intermediate barrier of a liquefied gas storage tank and a marine structure having the same are provided to support the load of a superstructure and suppress sloshing by the installation of an intermediate barrier made of a single wall and a sealing wall. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate barrier(40) of a liquefied gas storage tank(10) is installed along the longitudinal direction to arrange multiple storage tanks in two rows inside a hull of a marine structure. The intermediate barrier comprises a center bulk head, a center insulating wall, and a center sealing wall. The center bulk head supports the load of a top facility installed on the upper deck of the marine structure. The center insulating wall is installed on both surfaces of the center bulk head. The center insulating wall is installed on the center insulating wall.
