PURPOSE: A film insert type mold apparatus for injection molding and an injection molding method using the same are provided to stably keep a location and an attached state of a mold film using a minute hole for forming vacuum and a vacuum absorption protrusion during molding. CONSTITUTION: A film insert type mold apparatus for injection molding includes an external mold(10) and an inner mold(20). The external mold is dented corresponding to the external appearance of a molded product. The external mold includes an external molding unit(5). A forming film(1) is closely attached to an inner end of a forming film arranging area of the external forming unit. At least one gate injects fused resin to a cavity.
