PURPOSE: An anastomosis device is provided to prevent a surgical error due to an unnecessary operation by combining first and second anastomosis rings through one operation. CONSTITUTION: A first anastomosis ring(R1) is fixed to a first head. A second anastomosis ring(R2) is fixed to a second head. A first guide bar is connected to the first head. A first rotation groove is formed along the longitudinal direction of the first guide bar. The second guide bar is connected to the second head. A second rotation groove is formed along the longitudinal direction of the second guide bar. A rotation driver has first and second guide protrusions. The first and second guide protrusions move along the first and second rotation grooves.
