PURPOSE: A gripper of a socket adaptor for a programmer compatible with a pin type and a pad type in a socket adaptor is provided to reduce a cost and implement use convenience by using the pin type and the pad type by using one socket adaptor. CONSTITUTION: A base(4) is combined with a BGA pattern forming location of a second substrate. A through hole(3) is formed in the center of the base. An upper cover(5) is combined with one side of the base. The upper cover is closed by a locking unit. A head(7) is inserted into the through hole of the base. The head includes a slot in order to insert the device. A pressurizing unit pressurizes the device.
