PURPOSE: A ladder with improved safety is provided to effectively prevent a safety accident, such as a falling, and to be stably supported by installing a damper. CONSTITUTION: A ladder with improved safety comprises a pair of vertical frames(1), multiple foothold frames(2), and dampers(4) with a shock absorber structure. The vertical frames are parallel with each other. The foothold frames are horizontally installed between the vertical frames at uniform intervals. The dampers are formed in the bottom ends of the vertical frames and have supporters(3).
