PURPOSE: A gripper of a socket adaptor for a manual programmer for increasing reliability for loading a program is provided to minimize error generation in case of program loading by applying the program to the socket adaptor. CONSTITUTION: A base(4) is fixed to a second substrate. The base includes an insertion hole(3) in order to insert the device in the center of the base. An upper cover(7) is combined with a hinge shaft(5). The upper cover comprises an installation hole. A conductive pad is electrically connected to a BGA pattern formed in a second substrate.
