PURPOSE: A motor is provided to reduce an initial driving current of the motor by preventing friction between a flange unit and a sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A stator(140) faces a magnet. A shaft(120) is combined with a rotor(130). A sleeve(150) rotatably supports the shaft. A base(110) supports the stator and the sleeve. A flange unit(122) is combined with the shaft to cover the upper side of the sleeve. A cover(160) supports the base side of the shaft.
