PURPOSE: A walking exercise device is provided, which makes slope control possible and enables a user to do exercise at a desired speed. CONSTITUTION: A walking exercise device comprises: a support(200) in which a pair of guide grooves are formed; a foot stage frame(300) installed between two supports; a foot stage(310) installed at the foot stage frame; ropes(400) which are parallely installed in the respective left and right and are connected to each left and right foot stage frame. In the foot stage, a foot stage slope control fixture(330) is installed and is combined with a fixing groove(340) formed in the foot stage frame.
