PURPOSE: A coldness and warmth skin massage device is provided, which makes soft and elaborate massage possible and reduces labor in massage. CONSTITUTION: A coldness and warmth skin massage device comprises: a through hole(200) formed in the middle of the body; a temperature sensor equipped in one side of the head; a radiating unit(50) and a cooling fan(40) installed in the rear top of the body through hole; and a heat pipe interlinking a heat sink body and radiating unit; and a display unit for displaying the temperature of the head.
