PURPOSE: A herbal drink for reducing hangover and fatigue using foxglove vinegar, and a producing method thereof are provided to obtain the effects of an herbal extract and Rehmannia glutinosa at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a herbal drink comprises the following steps: mixing 39~41wt% of Pueraria lobata, 12.5~13.5wt% of Phyllostachys Folium, 26~28wt% of Citrus unshiu, 12.5~13.5wt% of Polygonatum sibiricum, and 6.5~7.5wt% of Schizandra chinensis to obtain 100wt% of herbal mixture; extracting the herbal mixture using an extractor; adding 1~2vol% of Rehmannia glutinosa, 5~6vol% of fructo-oligosaccharide, and 0.003~0.004vol% of enzymatic treatment stevia to 92~94vol% of the herbal extract and stirring for 30 minutes; and packing the mixture after sterilizing and filtering.
