METHOD FOR MAKING ROAST URECHIS UNICINCTUS AND THE ROAST URECHIS UNICINCTUS MADE BY THE METHOD

PURPOSE: A producing method of roasted urechis unicinctus, and the roasted urechis unicinctus manufactured therefrom are provided to store the roasted urechis unicinctus for a long time, and to supply the roasted urechis unicinctus as a snack. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of roasted urechis unicinctus comprises the following steps: removing internal organs after cutting both ends of an urechis unicinctus and washing with water(10,20); boiling the washed urechis unicinctus in the water with 5~25% of salinity for 30~90 seconds(30); cold-wind drying the boiled urechis unicinctus after inserting into a rod type frame(40); secondly cold-wind drying after separating from the frame; roasting the dried urechis unicinctus(60); and cooling the urechis unicinctus with cold water and removing the moisture.
