CONSTITUTION: An online shopping unit(400) receives the request about refund through the online connection. An electronic money service unit(100) distinguishes the processing about refund. A communication unit(300) transfers a call back SMS(Short Message Service) message to the user terminal. The electronic cash service part completes the approval about refund. The electronic cash service part transfers the corresponding charging amount to the user terminal part. |
