ORGANIC SOLAR CELL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic solar cell and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to improve power conversion efficiency by allowing photovoltaic layer to be contained in donor material. CONSTITUTION: An organic solar cell includes a first electrode, a photovoltaic layer, and a second electrode which are successively formed on a transparent substrate(10). The first electrode is comprised of a multilayer structure. A second electrode and a hole implant layer(12) are formed with material which is generally used in a solar cell.
