Fastening elements, main and secondary pads with elements out of expanded graphite and channels for pads facilitate contact of flange surfaces during cogging of pads as a result of tightening not more, than half of pins with force corresponding to presence of nominal force in these pins upon tightening the rest of the pins. Also there is facilitated equal density of elements out of expanded graphite.
