FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: in order to diagnose degree of gestosis severity index of expression of apoptosis markers p53 and bcl-2 is determined. If index of p53 expression equals or is higher than 2.4 standard units and bcl-2 equal or is higher than 2.2 standard units, gestosis of severe degree is diagnosed.
