FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for preparation and storage of combustible water-soluble addition includes reserve capacity (1) and capacity of prepared working mixture (20). Capacities (1, 20) are equipped with feed pipelines (2, 21) and interconnected by means of high-concentration water solution pipeline (17). Pipeline (17) includes another filter (18), feed pump (19) and shutoff valves. Capacity (20) is interconnected by means of pipeline of prepared working mixture (28) with power plant. Aerometer (27) is installed on capacity (20). Capacity (1) is interconnected with circulation pipeline. Circulation pipeline includes two vertical pipes (10, 9) interconnected with parallel sleeves (12) through distributing (13) and collecting (14) adapters, as well as circulation pump (8) with shutoff valves. Pump (8) is installed in inlet section of circulation pipeline. Sections of inlet section (15) and outlet section (16) of circulation pipeline are located at the height of lower emergency level of fluid surface. Section (16) is made in the form of the branch pipe bent downwards. Sleeves (12) have the holes on their side surface, which are located throughout their length. Fluid surface level sensors (4, 5, 6, 7, 23, 24, 25, 26) are installed on capacities (1, 20). Fluid surface area of the reserve capacity is determined by the ratio: where F - fluid surface area of the reserve capacity, m2; D - allowable diametre of non-dissolved addition particles freely passing through the cell of the other filter (18), m; Q - total supply of circulation (8) and feed (19) pumps, m3/sec; K - coefficient, mùsec; K=18/öüg.
