PURPOSE: A soundproof panel is provided to easily assemble a cover and a sound absorbing material and to reduce noise by installing a sound absorbing material inside the panel and forming a noise circulation space. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof panel comprises a panel body, sound absorbing materials, and a cover(20). An opening is formed in one side of the panel body. Two or more housing spaces are formed inside the panel body. The sound absorbing materials are installed in the housing spaces and are separated from the inner wall of the panel body in order to form a circulation space for noise. The cover is coupled to the opening of the panel body and has multiple sound absorbing holes(22).
