PURPOSE: A connecting device and a switchboard using the same for preventing a discharge phenomenon and for implementing low contact resistance are provided to control contact resistance by fixing a conductor after inserting a plated third conductor between a first conductor and second conductor. CONSTITUTION: A first protrusion(3td), formed in the lower part of a third conductor(3), is inserted into a first puddle formed in the end part of a first conductor(1). A through hole of the third conductor is interposed with the through hole of the first conductor. The through hole of a second conductor is interposed with the through hole of the third conductor. The width of the third conductor is wider than the width of the first conductor.
