PURPOSE: A roller device and an apparatus for making a plastic sheet are provided to support rollers by a shaft fixing unit to contract or expand the rollers in a radial direction around the center of a circulation belt, thereby easily installing the circulation belt. CONSTITUTION: A roller device includes a circulation belt(1) and rollers(51). The surface of a roller rotates while contacting a circulation belt. Rollers are circularly arranged to circulate the circulation belt. The rollers cool a rotating circulation belt.
