FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disintegrating complex. Disintegrating complex differs from known designs in that it comprises hollow cylinders arranged vertically one above the other with technological gap. Said cylinders represent tail spindles that form disintegrating chamber and are arranged to rotate in unbalance relative to vertical axis. Sidewall of each tail spindle has through hole to receive working members passed there through toward working chamber centre.
