FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacturing technique of coffee substitutes. Dandelion roots are prepared, cut, dried in microwave oven till residual humidity about 20% at microwave field power providing warming of dandelion roots inside the bits till temperature of 80-90C during at least an hour and fried. Rye grains are also roasted. One mixes dandelion roots, rye grains in a weight ratio of 7:3 and cryomills the produced mixture in liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: method allows to produce new coffee beverage of non-traditional raw materials according to a nonwaste technology. |
