PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for preventing the illegal copy of contents are provided to conveniently and simply prevent the illegal copy of contents by generating a contents execution key based on the intrinsic information of the contents file and a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A contents downloader(100) downloads a contents file including an execution file, and an execution key generator(140) generates a first contents execution key by using the intrinsic information of the contents file and the mobile terminal. The execution generating unit adds the first contents execution key to the header of the first execution file as the second contents execution key to generate the second execution file. |
