FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: method to control permitted time of conversation in service of direct telephone communication or teleconference using terminal and controller, includes a stage, at which, in response to received decision by controller to provide a permission by request for conversation, received from terminal, indication of permitted time of conversation is transmitted into terminal for provided packet of voice data.
