PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for providing a goal predictive interface are provided to reduce the steps by which a user reaches a goal by simplifying a user interface. CONSTITUTION: A context recognizer(110) analyzes a sensing data sensed from a user environment condition and user input data received from a user in order to recognize a current user state. A predictive goal analyzer(120) analyzes the predictive goal based on the user situation. An output unit(130) provides a predictive goal interface based on the predictive goal, and an interface database(150) stores interface data constituting the predictive goal interface.
