Chest muscles are separated with uncovering of costal margin and intercostal muscles. Cutting of intercostal muscles in 4-5 intercostal space along 1 cm is performed. Heart is visualised; is carried out coagulation of left coronary artery twigs in its middle or lower third. Coagulation of branches of left coronary artery in its medium or lower third is carried out. Coagulation is performed with L-shaped instrument with burning surface with sizes 2.5ù3.0 mm, which is heated on alcohol lamp.
