FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacturing technique of coffee substitutes. The proposed preparation method includes the following operations. Oyster plant is pre-processed according to the traditional technology. Prepared oyster plant is cut and dried in microwave field at preset process parametres. Then oyster plant and oat grains are fried according to the traditional technology. The fried oyster plant and oat grains are mixed in a weight ratio of 7:3 and undergo cryo-grinding in liquid nitrogen to produce the finished product. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to produce coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials according to wasteless technology. |
