An invention pertains to medicine; it concerns ophtalmology and eye microsurgery problems, particularly an improvement of vision correction results when applying the surgical method of conductive keratoplasty (CK). The method provides for a preliminary measuring the corneal diameter. Having the diameter of 12 mm or larger for the correction of hyperopia of +1.25 D two circles with diameters 7 mm and 8 mm are used with 8 application points around each.
