摘要 <p>The invention refers to microwave radio relay equipment. Radio unit fitting to antenna adapter is performed by applying turnable locking mechanisms. The distinctive feature of this method is that the adaptation scheme of the microwave radio unit (1) and the antenna adapter (2) that have waveguide connections is dismountable and consists of the antenna adapter and the locking mechanism that has the upper part (7) and the cylindrical spring (9). The upper part is fixed with the screw (6) located between the rack (10) and the antenna adapter. As a result, the lever is created, and it functions as a spring force amplifier. Moreover, the first support point of the lever is the tip of the upper part of the locking (7) born on its lower part (8), the second support point is the screw head, while the third support point is the spring (9). To secure the radio unit polarization fixing, specific openings (5) are made in it, and the radio unit is fitted with plugs (4). Polarization setting is performed by rotating the radio unit (1) by 90 degrees around the waveguide axis, inserting the abovementioned plugs (4) into the openings on the antenna adapter (1) and making sure that the locking mechanisms, supported by the rack (10) and antenna adapter (2), are set in a way that the locking mechanisms on the opposite sides press the radio unit (1) toward the waveguide flange (11) with equal force, resulting in steady and uniform pressure in the waveguide connection plane.These locking mechanisms are easy to manufacture of stainless steel. The lever allows the power produced by the locking mechanism spring to be transferred to the waveguide flange, and it can be increased by using arm ratio of the lever. Pressure power of the locking mechanism is standardized by the spring disposition, as well as by the height of the screw at the midpoint of the lever. The locking mechanisms are engaged by turning them by 90 degrees. Hence, it is possible to fit two flat waveguide flanges without using specific waveguide connections. The chosen power created by the locking mechanisms does not allow waveguide flanges to be deformed and, at the same time, ensures that the radio unit is securely fixed to the antenna. As a result, this minimizes the possibility of error during the antenna adaptation to the radio unit.</p>
