PURPOSE: A sludge/effluent reduction and gas treatment method are provided to stabilize the state of sludge, and to improve the mobility of the sludge. CONSTITUTION: A sludge/effluent reduction and gas treatment method comprises the following steps: adding sodium chloride to digested sludge for forming ammonium chloride or sodium bicarbonate, and adding hydrochloric acid sulfuric acid to the digested sludge at the same time to form the ammonium chloride or ammonium sulfate; liquid separating the digested sludge, mixing and neutralizing solid portions to make a cake; separating ammonia gas from a liquid portion, and adding the concentrated hydrochloric acid to obtain crystallized ammonium chloride; and absorbing carbonic acid gas after removing sulfur components from processing gas generate from each process. |
