FIELD: power industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: working case of nuclear reactor has longitudinal axis and hexagonal section, includes head part and tail part having the possibility of supplying heat carrier through it inside the case housing. Hexagonal bundle of fuel elements is located parallel to longitudinal axis of the case and retained by means of spacer grids. Upper support grid is installed adjacent to the head part. Lower support grid is installed adjacent to tail part and provided with possibility of fixing lower ends of fuel cells. At that, orientation at least of some part of fuel cells of the bundle has been changed to the opposite one. Fuel cells having opposite orientation are fixed with lower ends in upper support grid; at that, upper support grid has the possibility of fixing lower ends of fuel cells in the same way as the lower support grid. ^ EFFECT: improving water-uranium ratio of the case and increasing its strength. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
