PURPOSE: A fastening apparatus using a wire is provided to prevent the cut or slip of a wire which is drawn out at high speed, thereby improving work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A fastening apparatus using a wire comprises a wire feed damping roller(310) and a wire feed damping guide(320). In the wire feed damping roller, a wire is wound in the lower part before transferred to a wire processing unit(200). The wire unwound from a wire feed roller and transferred. The wire feed damping guide guides the vertical movement of the wire feed damping roller so that the wire feed damping roller is located in the lowermost position when stopping the drawing of the wire and moved upward in proportion to the wire drawing speed.
