FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: disposable hygienic panties have longitudinal boundary areas of the front longitudinally jointed to the longitudinal boundary areas of the back to form a waist opening and two leg openings in the perineum; said leg openings are limited laterally on the outside by internal end joint parts in the longitudinal direction of the hygienic panties. The hygienic panties have an external coating element which is preferentially elastic, and contain an absorbing element. The coating element is made of an elastic laminate containing an elastic film applied between two layers of a nonwoven material.
