PURPOSE: Buckwheat sprout and minced raw beef mixed noodle is provided to prevent adult chronic diseases, and to improve the digestive absorption rate. CONSTITUTION: Buckwheat sprout and minced raw beef mixed noodle contains 300g of noodles, 20~30g of buckwheat sprout, 50~60g minced raw beef, 70~80g of seasoning, 20~25g of radish kimchi, 40~45g of chopped pear, 20~25g of chopped cucumber, 1teaspoon of sesame salt, and 1/2 piece of laver. The buckwheat sprout is being washed with cold water in 4~8deg C.
