PURPOSE: A washing and disinfecting device is provided, which can open and close a cover using an electric actuator with low torque. CONSTITUTION: A washing and disinfecting device comprises: a cleaning bath(13) which is filled with washing materials from an opening of the upper part; a ventilation passage for flowing gas between the inside and outside of the cleaning bath; a deodorization filter eliminating bad smell from gas flowing in the ventilation passage; a cover which is installed to be movable between the opened position and closed position; an electric actuator transferring a cover; and a controller controlling drive of the electric actuator.
