CONSTITUTION: A support housing(110) includes a connection unit(112), a rotating unit(116), and fixing unit(114). A guiding member(130) includes an inclined unit(134) and a grab protrusion(136). The inclined unit limits the rotating range by connecting with a rotating unit. A sliding unit(164) is slid within the guide member. A tension unit(162) is fixed with the guiding member by tension.
