PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to ensure excellent anti-glare property, shock resistance, rigidity, weather resistance and heat resistance by comprising a hard matrix resin and an ASA graft-copolymer with a core-shell structure forming self cross-linked aggregate with 1-20 micron particle diameter. CONSTITUTION: A matted thermoplastic resin composition comprises, based on the total weight of ASA graft copolymer and hard matrix resin, 20-70 weight% ASA graft-copolymer forming self cross-linked aggregate with 1-20 micron particle diameter in melting; and 30-80 weight% hard matrix resin. The ASA graft-copolymer comprises: a rubber seed formed by emulsion-polymerizing 1-20 weight% alkylacrylate monomer; a rubber core with 200-600 nm average particle diameter, which surrounds the rubber seed and is formed by emulsion-polymerizing 20-60 weight% alkylacrylate monomer; and a graft shell, which surrounds the rubber core and is formed by emulsion-polymerizing 20-70 weight% vinyl silane monomer, aromatic vinyl monomer and vinylcyan monomer.
