PURPOSE: A grounding holder for a welding machine for easily connecting cable capable of pressurizing a grounding cable by using a connecting unit is provided to easily perform an assembly process of the grounding cable by using the connecting unit. CONSTITUTION: A grounding unit(10) includes a connecting unit(30) in which a branch protrusion is formed. The grounding unit equips a holder in the other end of the connecting unit. A pressurizing unit(40) includes a branch hole corresponding to the branch protrusion. A projected pressurizing protrusion is formed in one of a bottom side. A pressurizing groove equips a shape corresponding to the pressurizing protrusion.
