PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS FOR INHIBITING ANGIOGENESIS COMPRISING PIPERAZIN IMINO-CONTAINING COMPOUNDS

PURPOSE: A composition containing a compound with piperazine imino structure for suppressing angiogenesis is provided to prevent apoptosis induction of endothelial cells and to suppress angiogenic response. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing angiogenesis contains pharmaceutically active amount of compound of chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1-R5 are independently hydrogen, halo, hydroxy, C1-C12 alkyl or C1-C6 alkoxy; R1-R4 and R7-R9 are independently hydrogen or C1-C12 alkyl; R5 is halo; and R10 is hydrogen or hydroxy. The dose of the pharmaceutical composition is 0.0001-100 mg/kg(body weight) for an adult.
