PURPOSE: A modified silane epoxy resin is to maintain excellent application property and adhesion even in a wet condition and to ensure environment-friendly property by bisphenol F system. CONSTITUTION: A modified silane epoxy resin comprises a base material and a hardener. The base material includes 10-40 parts by weight bisphenol F type epoxy resin, 10-60 parts by weight tetraethoxysilane, 10~30 parts by weight aliphatic epoxy resin, 10~30 parts by weight cyclic aliphatic epoxy resin, 0.1~5 parts by weight epoxy silane, 0.1~0.3 parts by weight non-ionic surfactant, and 0.1~0.3 parts by weight silicon-based anti-foaming agent. The hardener comprises 30~80 parts by weight aliphatic polyamine hardener, 10~15 parts by weight anhydride hardener, 5~10 parts by weight cycloaliphatic amine hardener, and 5~15 parts by weight non-ionic surfactant.
