The element (1) has a lower part (2) that is transversally larger than an upper part (3). A metal frame (4) is anchored in two concrete parts (6). A rainwater evacuation grid is positioned in the metal frame. The concrete parts surround the metal frame in a longitudinal direction (9). Each concrete part has profiles (8, 13) similar to profiles of gutters installed on a construction site. Overhangs of the lower part are arranged at respective sides of the upper part.
