The panel (1) has a box (2) enclosing a pane (3) from front to rear. A primary coil (6) is fixed on a support (7) in which fluid circulates, and a bottom (4). A secondary coil (8) is arranged in a rear of the primary coil for collecting rear thermal loss. The secondary coil is integrated to a plate (9) i.e. galvanized sheet absorber. The primary and secondary coils are arranged relative to each other, where the primary and secondary coils are connected to a fluid circuit. An independent claim is also included for a hot water installation comprising a balloon.
